I did hear he has a new agent as of tomorrow.....not sure how accurate that is but would explain why contract wasn't rejected or signed and why all these bids got leaked.

If true transfer was never gonna happen and may be a chance of him signing but if a decent side come calling in summer he will be off.

The way I see it is he is happy here but at same time would like to test himself in epl, if the right club comes in. Looked happy enough yesterday and didn't play like a player desperate to leave

Doyle know of interest, to see if there is a negative or positive reaction, so they

Yea, thought that seemed strangely late to look for a loan deal with the game on and Kevin Doyle apparently on the bench! Maybe there was a real possibility of Gary Hooper going if the price had been right so the thinking was Kevin Doyle being lined up ... academic now in any case, at least for the time being!
