Is Miku any good? ps Can't believe we haven't signed Russell. £15m CL money plus £5.5m for Ki and we sign one CB for a reported £1.3m and a loan signing. Typical stingey Lawwell bollocks.
Miku is a good player The complete striker really - uses both feet, decent in the air, bit of a trick and turn of pace to get beyond defences. Real good signing if he settles in well...........which doesn't seem to be a problem for others. We appear to have a great team spirit. We have Hooper who is a great goalscorer, but not great in the air and slower than a day at work.............I've never believed we needed a beanpole striker to play long balls or get crosses in to. Miku is the sort of guy we need in that he ticks all the boxes of a good player and striker. Still hope we can get one more in...............though have a feeling we'll be looking at a midfielder to be honest.
Sounds okay but I thought we'd bring in a couple of players that would have a fair bit of CL experience. Can't believe Templeton and McGowan are on the brink of leaving Hearts for a ****ty 3rd division club. If I were a Hearts fan (and I praise Gaia every day that I'm not) I would be marching down to Tynecastle tomorrow and dragging Romanov out by his bollocks!
Surprised hertz would sell to them given they've not been paid for Wallace yet. See bocanegra is for the off too.
As has been said, Miku is a good player. He should fit in well with the type of passing play Celtic are developing. However, it will be interesting to see how he settles given the different style of play he will encounter generally in Scotland - not to mention the weather!
6ft is decent enough!!!! We don't want a 6ft 5 striker who can't run or control a ball. This guy is a very good player We finally have a striker who can actually run, score and head a ball!!!! You'll love his South American dance when he scores too Dev
They've been paid for Wallace. I think the money came from the SPL which was money due to Rangers but given to the Jam Tarts instead. Still, if I was them I would ask for any fee up front!
Hearts & Liverpool look like having a terrible transfer deadline day We have our centreback & striker so content would be the right word.................would love one more player though
BBC Scotland's Brian McLauchlin "To confirm: Hearts have not agreed a deal to sell Ryan McGowan to Rangers. Ally McCoist meeting player in attempt to convince him about signing" What the ****!!!!!!! Gun to the head??? The guys already said no FFS, no ****ing shame that McCoist
Thing is McGowan had already said he was staying at Hearts.........and he's pretty ****e anyway!!!! Templeton seems to want to go and he's a decent player
