Sam Bell after watching that yesterday he is going to go from strength to strength.

Tommy Conway another that will get better and better.

Alex Scott well 30 million is minimum City should take-100% going to play for England in midfield.

We need another striker in and another attacking midfielder this window.
Have a gut feeling a big offer is going to come in for Alex Scott.

Money talks and if it’s right sadly he will be gone.

Do you mean before this window closes? If so; Howe we, he goes to, we need to get a quality loan player or 2 for the rest of this season as part of the deal as it may be too late to get anyone else in.

This window if the right offer comes it will happen.
I trust Nige has plans in place if it does happen.

The balance based on what further dealings we may do in what little is left of this transfer window has to be spot on, otherwise a battle to stay where we are may become more difficult. I think it may be too late to get a deal done for Scott because discussions for the transfer of a very young player like him may take more negotiating than most. Looking back at our cup game from yesterday, without actually seeing it, must give us a good feeling for the rest of the season but taking any more of the key ingredients out of the picture may prove problematic. Is it possible that we have more potential stars sitting in the wings ready to step up and solidify the squad, or will we be waiting to see who crosses our path from elsewhere? Now I'm waiting to see who we draw in the next round of the F.A. Cup and a nice home tie vs someone good would fit the bill nicely thank you very much.

I don’t think Scott will go this window, I’d be surprised if he doesn’t go in the summer though. The player has said as much. He’s contracted until 2025 I think, at least that gives us bargaining power. It’s probably more likely to be a fair wedge £20m or so, with a lot of add ons, dependant on how well he progresses.

He seems to have everything, the skies the limit, he’s 19 for god sake, what a player.

I would be surprised if his agent advises going to Wolves. Both him and Semenyo deserve better than 2 clubs with a high chance of being relegated to the Championship this season

I agree, he’s destined for better than Wolves imo, either a top PL club, or even a foreign one.

I've read somewhere he is a bit of a Tottenham fan and thay are one of the Premier clubs that have been scouting him, so no suprises if he ended up there.

I did and many said the same but by god not sure what Nige and his team have done but he looks a different level in a very short time.
Fantastic game yesterday will do his confidence a world of good.

Look, Bell played really well on Sat, but, he is young and will probably be very inconsistent for a while yet. I don’t think we can rely on him too much while Conway and Weimann are out injured. We need someone to take the pressure off him. Let’s not get too carried away ( which I know you do RR).

three goals in two games tells me the kid is good enough and if your good enough you keep the jersey and play long may that continue.

It’s early days for Bell, he does seem like a natural goal scorer though. In particular his first senior goal, the one against Swansea was class, the two yesterday were also really well taken. If he can keep to these high standards we’ll have another gem on our hands. Long may it continue.

well last few hours approach, and City has been quite quiet really .... lost out in my opinion on AS deal. AS could have a short life in the prem as Bournemouth are far from being safe. Unlikely??? City will off load much more to save wages! ? Every penny helps though ... it is 17 x weekly wage so a saving of £30k a week would be about half a million not to be sneezed at as that would be about £10k a week toward a future wage bill!

    edit for ROD...
Unlikely??? City will off load much more to save wages! .. no mention of AS
