Lovely idea but I doubt it.
We all love QPR but if TF offered us a job with a 50% pay cut, which of us would take it?

I thought the same, plus I thought Richie De Laet was a decent enough player...may just be my memories from Football Manager though.

Totally agree...just wondering if there could be a potential Ryan Nelsen type in there. Arrives for a short time and has a big, positive, impact on the squad.

Think we already mainly have enough young up and comers, what we need are one or two still decent players at Championship level who've been out on dark cold evenings in Barnsley before, and on sleepy ones in the Bush come to that. Central defenders and a Left Back with pace, in particular.

Thought we might have gone in for him when Ollie took over. His playmaker skills are something we haven't had for years but it's true he has a very nasty, stampy streak.

With our previous history of negotiations and selling players for peanuts we’ll probably offer Leeds £5,000,000 to take him off our hands then promptly spend another £ 3,000,000 on a 38 year old midfielder with all the forward motion and speed of a dead Sloth, ‘cause that’s the way we roll these days !!!!

Been told he's been heavily linked with us.....and Dieng may be heading back to Scotland, but Warburton wants a permanent move, not a loan deal....
