Just a quick one: Rangers are said to have enquired about Alex Pritchard heading to Ibrox on a season-long loan next season.

As we missed the opportunity to spam their boards asking how Dominic Ball is doing this season, if this move does go through I think we all know what to do...

Not when there is a potential precociousness double of Alli + Pritchard to be had in
    the CL next season. :)

As it appears Newcastle and Norwich will be getting relegated alongside Villa this evening, we may as well get the obvious question out of the way and ask...which of their players might add something to our squad next season?

Andre Green and Ayoze Perez have been linked a few times since January, Aleksander Mitrovic was linked last summer, while James Maddison was linked back in January while he was still a Coventry player...but is that really it?

Perez could be a decent addition, he's been a handful against us and I think he'd love to play here, especially with CL football next season.

If Green's cameo against us was anything to go by, he's definitely one for the future.

I think Redmond could be a wildcard, still very raw as I think moving to Norwich was an awful decision for his development but he has that spark about him and his pace his frightening when at full speed.

Such players would have to be in the development potential bracket, or an experienced MF old hand.
Nobody springs to mind in either team for the latter.

Agree with you about Redmond, SOS. Quality player who is head and shoulders above the rest of the team.

HBIC in all honesty, Everton are the club we should be looking to raid. They are utterly shocking and tbh this is entirely down to the fact that their manager is a footballing fraud.

Dele Alli is now the poster boy for stellar rise at a young age.
And Pochettino is the corresponding manager (Soton, Spurs) .
So this + CL next season should be fertile ground for recruiting some new prospects.

Been popular since January for you Foxes, amazed you lot actually celebrated Leicester's title win, wouldn't have blamed you if you were as disappointed as us lot what with the amount of time you all seem to spend here.

As for the meal, I say good luck to Utd if that's one of their ploys in trying to poach Poch, Levy got £86m for Bale, he'd demand Old Trafford and Rashford for the man who's turning this club into a real force <laugh>.

    You keep believing !
I might however be wrong, perhaps Poch has no ambition after all and decides to sign his contract !

    Ah, I get it now.
The tiddler is bitter that the Ranieri 'most attackingest game in the whole wide world'
regime is not deemed worthy for Man Utd.

If Poch has any brains (which he clearly does), he would turn round to Levy and say 'I'll only sign a new contract once we've brought in the players I feel we need to step up to the next level'. Our transfer dealings last season started exceptionally brightly and very out of character for Levy, bringing Alli in in January then signing Toby, Trippier and Wimmer early in the summer in quick succession to rapidly improve our circus of a defense. However, the optimism tailed off badly as the summer dragged on into the whole will-he-wont-he farce with Berahino, ridiculously late signings of Son and Njie, and abject failure to bring in cover for Kane. In other words, the end of the summer resembled a typical 'Levy window' far more loyally than the beginning. If the last 6-7 years have shown anything, it's that we are terrible at consolidating a strong position. We should've invested far more heavily than we did last time we secured CL qualification. My biggest fear this summer is that the same thing will happen and Levy will fall back on his usual 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' line of argument. Poch clearly has the chairman over a barrel though, and I sincerely hope that he uses this leverage - politely but firmly - to our advantage.

<laugh> His lack of ambition is shocking isn't it? I mean why stay here?! We only have the youngest squad in the league, Champions League football next season, a state of the art training facility and will have a brand new stadium in a couple years.
