I’d rather keep him to be honest now that our window is shut. Far from the best player we have but he can be handy at times - albeit ****ing **** at others lol. Poch I presume feels Amos can step up as a fourth/ fifth choice CM if needed.
Can only presume not many are looking to buy him outright. Obviously want a “try before you buy” type deal. Hopefully he does well though, that will either persuade Fener or another club to buy him. As disappointing as he’s primairly been, he’s always seemingly given his best and not had any bitch rants like Rose has when he’s not been in the side.
I think Sissoko's best wasn't good enough. I think there may be Spurs fans at the airport making sure he leaves!
The thing with Sissoko is he's best as a spoiler to bring on to kill off a game - which, while that serves a very valid purpose, that also makes him a £30m Jamie O'Hara. The fact that, in our first two games of the season, we were bringing Dembele on in that role instead does minimise Sissoko's role, especially as Dembele is a far better option for killing off games.
iirc isn't the payment schedule £6m per year for him. If so, I assume anyone loaning him will take that on?
I'm torn. He has his uses but he's not going to improve but Luke Amos, Skippy and Josh Onomah will, If we're to keep our best young players, then we have to show that they have a future at the club. Against my own instincts, I'm going to support it. MP talked about being brave. This move would fit that intention.
Possible Sissoko replacement if he does leave? That said, I reckon he’ll go Arsenal. He’ll be first choice there and about fifth choice here.
Undergone a medical in London. Not necessarily for a PL or London club, but apparently not Palace or the Spanners. Get your money down to Skybet and put it on Fulham.
Apparently Olympiakos are in London before their game at Burnley. He played for them in 2005 so maybe a return?
Thought Levy would be all over this...he's only wanting a quid a week. Yaya is a bit of a character...I don't think he's one of these poisonous people in a dressing room. Had a bit of an issue with the hierarchy at the City but gets on fine with players. He was a beast in his hey day and I wouldn't mind his experience and know how at the club. It's not a Poch signing so I don't see it happening but it won't have been the worst signing.
been chatting about this on the prem board. He was a beast back in the day but since 2015, he's lost his legs and he's pretty much useless and has an ego. Maybe for the last 10 mins in a match chasing a game as he's still technically great, has a good shot/pass/vision and is powerful but he going to be one that moves around to get the ball.
Technically superb...class....he's lost his legs but he was never no Traore but he could teach our young midfielders how to boss the midfield and pass on his technical know how...I'm willing to invoice Levy £52 of my hard earned money to sanction this.
