Transfer Rumours transfer thread fact and fiction

There's been very little business done so far, by anyone. Nothing major from Madrid, Barca [excluding Paulinho leaving], PSG, Bayern [ok, maybe not them], Juve, etc.

Some of the lesser Top 6 sides have been buying but not players that we'd be interested in. Given our MO and that the window closes before the season starts, it's a bit early to get twitchy. The earlier window closure probably helps us.

Rumours in the Australian press that Sydney FC are trying to lure Crouchie out to Oz. Would love to see that. Always liked him and he would suit the lifestyle here.

Non-Spurs but Sky saying the Ronaldo to Juve deal has been agreed, £105m. Even at 33 he’s worth every penny, Juve will likely claw that back within a week through merchandise sales anyway

With the World Cup taking all my attention away from matters at home, I've not been on here for a while.

But serious question... does the club look like actually signing anyone at all this summer? It's a short window so I believe we have just over 4 weeks left to get anyone in!
