I always wondered what happened to the rumoured linkup with Roda JC that was being strongly hinted at late in Poch's time

 

So here's a game for Summer 2025: which of Bissouma or Bentancur gets sold if we take up our option for Johnny Cardoso?

You’d think Bentancur is under threat if he can’t stay fit and give a good showing as a 6, and Biss similarly if he can’t prove to be a consistent performer. Getting it right at the base of midfield will help solve a lot of problems.

 

Now the proper rejects have all gone, Ange can move onto the next lot, Bissouma and Bentancur fall under bracket imo.

 

This season feels like last chance saloon for both of them, for different reasons.

 

I personally think Sarr could gain massively from a loan to a lower-level PL rival. He's gone off the boil since winter and struggles to impose himself on the midfield.

There are two areas where we lack a) A settled selection and b) genuine quality across the pitch: midfield and attack, and it shows.

 

Ali Gold’s confirmed what Paul O’Keefe said about Devine linking up with Vuskovic at Westerlo. Should be flying out today to complete it.

 

Vuskocic seems to be settled ,let's hope the same for Devine and the both have a storming season out there

The rumour mill suggests that a lot of the Premier League clubs, including both varieties of filth and Utd, were in talks with Toney.
His agent basically told them to match the wages that he was being offered by the Saudis or they weren't interested.
He's being paid £400k pw by them, so it would be more like £750k or something for an English club. Nobody was paying that.
