Yeah I think was now you say it, probably why I forgot them!

I’d prefer there being truth in that rumour than anything linking us with Gallagher, mind.

Villa. The team who, even though they have qualified for the CL, are reportedly cashing in on Douglas Luiz this summer to try and balance their books, have made a bid?

Something tells me Chelsea have planted the story hoping a bidding war happens to help them out given their books look like the R101 disaster

Romano says Sessegnon is to be released in the summer - part of me was worried we’d do the stupid thing and extend his deal by that optional year.

So that’ll be one of the three nightmares of 19/20 down, can we make it a hattrick and somehow shift all three to rid us of those dark memories?

Paul O’Keefe also says that we’re preparing to let:
Forster, Davies, Reguilon, Sessegnon, Rodon, Spence, Emerson, Hojbjerg, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Gil and Sessegnon all go.

Richarlison, Bissouma and Skipp could also be departures under some circumstances.

I think that’s everyone pretty much the fanbase more or less universally agrees on that need to go. Whether we can get all that done in a window though does feel quite unlikely. I think Forster will stay though, he signed an extension this year and there’s little downside to keeping him as a backup HG keeper.

He also claims Callum Hudson-Odoi is a possible target. As a squad option I’d take him, especially over Werner, Gil and possibly Solomon (I’d like to see the latter given a chance but wouldn’t lose much sleep if we flipped for a quick profit). Though part of the reason he left Chelsea was down to lack of game time so not really sure if he’d fancy returning to a similar role.
