I know what you're saying, but he does appear to have falsely accused Spurs fans of racism.
Did he do it out of malice? I doubt it. The accusation does appear to be false, though.
He hasn't backed down from that accusation, either. He still thinks he was right.

 

He is wrong not to back down but falsely is different from mistakenly imho.

 

The initial claim was not falsely accusing us, it was him mishearing a chant

Doubling down a couple of days later, with several teammates backing him up including at least one who was at the other end of the pitch at the time, that's when it became a false allegation, one which he was happy to be a part of

Edit: I’d actually rather sell Sess than Sanchez, but I forgot he exists because he is always, always injured. Makes Gio look available.

 

There were players I'd rather see the back of than one or two of the ones I picked but I based mine on who I think are the most valuable that we could do without in order to reinvest their fees into the positions I want. Can't do much with a chip butty and a pack of monster munch for the likes of Winks and Doherty.

Why those 3? Because you won't let me add Doherty, Sanchez, Dier, Davies, Lo Celso, Bergwijn, Lucas, Ndombele and Clarke. Simple as that. 12 players could leave and I wouldn't bat an eyelid in regret over any of them.
