If he's going back on loan again and we have a plan to strengthen the midfield in the meantime, then that's fine.
If he gets sold, then I'll be furious.

I would not be furious if Skipp is sold because he put in a transfer request.

I do love how somebody takes a photo of Oliver Skipp standing by a door and that means he's being sold this summer

Here's the following question that photo (which, by the way, r/coys jumped on yesterday) do not feature
1.) Proof that he's standing in front of a house that's for sale
2.) For context, any mention of where he was staying when he was on loan at Norwich last season
3.) Who the hell the midget woman standing between the girl in white and the bloke in black might be
4.) The minor detail that Daniel Farke has talked about a loan for Skipp next season, not a permanent signing
5.) The fact that, when pressed for info, the best he had was "My mate took the photo"

Long story short, it's just as likely that Skippy's handing back the keys for the place where he was staying while at loan last season as he is house hunting, but what do our fanbase do? Jump on it and scream about Levy selling him

    **** we're predictable...

Boyhood Spurs fan, academy product and tipped to be a future captain of the team puts in a transfer request at this stage of his career?

    You're right. I wouldn't be furious. I'd be terrified.

Which is why I ask a simple question: where was he living when on loan at Norwich last season?

Would the house number be 34 perchance?

Which is why I put it out there.

Been a good 5 years since the academy has with any regularity
been drip-feeding players into the senior squad who have had at
least one season at the club.

With the possibility that the next manager to reign during your
key formative days making you the new KWP.

It's probably worth mentioning now that it's unlikely that we'll be signing many Inter players if Paratici takes over, or if we do the fees will be jacked up, because of the falling out between Paratici and Giuseppe Marotta that came when Paratici went over Marotta's head and signed Cristiano Ronaldo which is the cause of Marotta leaving Juve and taking his current role at Inter

So have that nugget of information at the back of your mind whenever Skriniar, Brozovic, Perisic or Eriksen are linked with us this window...

Am I the only person on this boars who thinks Dybala is rather overrated and doesn't have the strength or tenacity to cut it in the PL?

12 goals a season in Serie A over 6 years doesn't get me excited for sure.

For me the obvious problem is that a lot of people think he's either a poacher like Lautaro Martinez or a wizard like Messi, when in reality he's neither: he's best compared to Roberto Firmino who gets as many assists as he does goals (albeit with a better goal return than Firmino gets)

He'd be immense in the Bundesliga given that most of that league has pivoted towards the CF setting up wide players to score (which is also what Norbert does at Saltypool), and he's equally effective in Serie A as they have a long history of players in a similar role such as Baggio, Mancini, Del Piero and Totti, but the obvious point for us is that to get the best out of Dybala we'd either have to play two up top or completely restructure our team so that he's bringing in Son and NEW RW as much as he is tonking in goals himself

I think that there are parallels between his game and that of Son. He's not as quick, but he's very skilful and could be dangerous if used correctly.
It's hard to judge him because of how often he's shifted around to accommodate others, both at club and international level.
He seems to be at his best playing regularly in behind another striker who isn't a greedy ****house. Not much opportunity to do that in the modern game.

Mundo Deportivo report we’re looking at Alessio Romagnoli, who has one year left on his contract at AC Milan. Don’t know much about him but believe he’s a ball playing left sided CB in the Vertonghen mould.

Could either be the Italian connection of our new DoF, or an agent’s ploy to get him a new contract on better terms. Most likely the latter you’d think as he’s also AC Milan’s captain.

That agent being Mino Raiola, so...

Milan may be in the **** though, as they've allowed a bunch of players to run their contracts down.
Donnarumma's the obvious one, but Calhanoglu's has also expired.
Romagnoli's not the only player entering the final year of his, either. Kjaer, Calabria and Kessie all are, too.
