"Second and final" would rather imply the Pinkun don't expect the Bolton or Peterborough youngster rumours to amount to anything.

Nowt to do with us but I see Glenn Murray has joined the Florists on a free. Good signing for Hootun’s Florists.

Probably so, but Vital Norwich thinks there may be a chance still:

"DF said no more senior players will be signed so maybe an u23 player will, like either of the lads from Peterborough and Bolton mentioned recently."

Can still sell/loan to overseas teams where their window is open. Zurich have said they'd love to take Drmic back, their window is still open. Makes sense for them to leave it late to bid, when we have fewer alternatives.

Drmic is being paid £164 an hour so it would be good to get him off the books even if we pay half.

There is even a little clock that shows how much he was paid since you were on the page <laugh>

Drmic is close to leaving on loan with an option to buy to HNK Rijeka

Confirmed now, although Pinkun think HNK are only paying a small % of his wages, and there's no agreement to buy in the deal. Hopefully he can put himself in the shop window at least.

Yeah I was suprised that no one had come and picked up him and Leitner. I doubt we would be asking for much for either to be honest.

Farke does have a tough guy streak in him , from day one when Nelson petulantly ripped his shirt off and got in his face after scoring had his card marked to Leitner and Drmic being totally frozen out for alleged attitude problems.

Alex Ferguson didn't achieve so much by being a big loveable softy either.

What I love about Farke is you can just tell he goes totally mental and scary when you’re least expecting it. Most of the time he’s cheerful and has his hilarious German slightly high-pitched accent breathlessly excitable, then... WHAM: you’re properly slapped down, ego and all.

DF clearly has a set of values that form his coaching philosophy. He expects his players as individuals and a team to buy in to his and the teams / club values. Those that don't buy in are quickly put in their place or dispensed with irrespective of their ability. I e. Buendia Cantwell at the start of the season and Drimic & Leitner. Good for him. No longer are the lunatics running Thames asylum.

    Indeed so.
That spat at the start of the season with TC and EB... seems to be water under the bridge now. <sorry>
