Dunno if this is posted anywhere else but on safc website;

Sunderland AFC have completed the signing of Kyle Lafferty.

The 32-year-old forward has signed a short-term deal at the Stadium of Light until the end of the 2019-20 season, becoming Phil Parkinson’s first January recruit.

Lafferty last featured for Norwegian outfit Sarpsborg 08, while the Northern Ireland international has also turned out for the likes of Burnley, Rangers, Palermo, Norwich City and Hearts.

After completing the deal, SAFC manager Phil Parkinson said: “I’m pleased to welcome Kyle to the club and I’m really looking forward to working with him.

“He’s an experienced striker who provides us with another option in the final third. He adds competition for places at the top end of the pitch, which is something I felt we needed.”

Obviously, I shall hold final judgement until I see him play....BUT Lafferty is known, for the past couple of years at least, as a big slow lump who does not score often, he likes a drink and has a wife way out of his league!
