Transfer Rumours

Sharp gone on loan to Reading,Stoke goalkeeper Butland gone Barnsley. both would have improved the team.

I doubt Butland would have, not a fan of Kenny but Butland I think is possibly not only the most overrated keeper but the most overrated player in the game at the moment. Don't think I've seen a game where he hasn't made a bad mistake, no idea why his fee was so high even accounting for his young age.

Not a rumour as such, but our former youth starlet Elliott Kebbie, once the subject of intense interest from top clubs, who left us to pursue a career in Spain, had a trial with Barcelona before signing for Atletico Madrid, is now back in England looking for a club.
Once valued in the region of £5M, tricky, pacey winger - could be worth a one year contract by bringing him back to ER?

Nah, he left us coz he thought he was better than he was. Don't see a point to be honest.

He left because his mum moved to Spain more than anything.

I agree

His family moved over and he tried to have a trial at Barca.

It wasn't a case of his family moving cos he had a team to go to out there.

last I heard he was training with Rangers.

Heyho, I still maintain Rumours were left to Mick Fleetwood to write as an album in the 70s/80s. Nothing to do with footy & best left that way.

For the record, I doubt Pugh and Brown will be going anywhere. This season is now showing that despite both being written off on another site and to a degree by one or two on here, both are showing that they each have a role to play. Indeed I wouldn't bet against him being given another one year's extension, as he's just the bit of steel we need when required, especially if he stays on his feet in the tackle
