Hull sign Ryan Mason for £13m.... crazy crazy money. Be fair to Spurs, they know how to sell **** for good money...
Well i would say they know how to not spend crazy when buying more... barring that one summer where they felt obliged.
Loads of clubs have got sully money out of others. Torres sterling etc etc etc.
We just shovel mad money out for anyone
Am I the only one seeing the whole Sakho bashing as ridiculous? He was by far our best defender last year and agreed he messed up the drugs test and attitude issues but credit where it is due, he is a very good defender.
He misplaces a pass every now and again therefore he's clumsy. In all seriousness, he's a very good defender and arguably the best in the league when on top of his game.
The problem is his consistency and injuries - which isn't helped by the fact that he surrounded by poor players, yet he is still able to put in some quality performances.
Our best defender but there are clearly some attitude issues which Klopp won't tolerate.
That's a little more honest. Reading this thread you'd think he was the next David Luiz!

Well today was the day.. any time we go to the final day it is Brinkmanship.
A lot of balls are in the air right now by our jugglers. Some are bound to be dropped.
Most of the outs seem like guys looking for best option available in the end abd not really wanting whats there. Some are other clubs trying to fleece us like nice.. the fools.
Some just seem not to have a bid and are in limbo.
Nothing happened today in or out. The best for me tomorrow is a clean **** off to about 5 players with our very best wishes

Lol to be fair, he can play just as poorly as David Luiz!
Us bashing him is neither here nor there. The fact that as our "best" defender, Klopp is literally saying you won't play one minute of football this year and your only way back is a year on loan? Says a lot has gone on between them. He's obviously crossed a line with the manager that you can't cross....being the best is a lot more than being good on the pitch...and I say good not excellent...he's not the Luis Suarez of defending like....
Good signing for Hull that. I liked the lad when he was in the spurs side. He won't let anyone down and he's got a great engine.
Doesn't matter how good a player is, if he doesn't fit (whatever the reasoning) then he as to go.

Id keep him def. on his day, best defender (although hard to judge Matip yet) but he has his moments of dodgyness but not more than anyone else. We don't see the behind the scenes stuff though which makes it hard.
Probably want the full £18m back so are hoping he will show something at another club.

Chelsea spending £30m on Luiz and £25m on Alonso the LB who was at Bolton and Sunderland couple years ago.
