He's very experienced, 26 and will also add height to the back line.
Rumoured to cost £10-12m which would be a bargain.

Just what we need.
The stats for how many points Mignolet and Moreno cost us with individual mistakes are shocking. We could have been well in the race for 4th without those errors.
Karius - Second best keeper in Bundesliga.
Clyne - Mr reliable
Lovren - settled immensely since Klopp arrived.
Matip - Very solid season in Germany.
Hector - Solid and reliable.
Plus lets not forget Sakho, who could easily start at CB.
If Hector is signed our absolute minimum requirement is met.

Klopp is clearly starting from the defence and so far we can't complain. With Hector (if it happens, but I think it will) we're instantly 15-20 points better off.
Good signs so far, very good signs.
I expect Sakho to be our number 1 (unsure wtf is going on with this drug thing though??).
Getting players in for pre-season will be the key, no late comers. I hope transfer deadline day is silent at Melwood tbh.
