Now we hope we can get by.....
28 mil v 42 mil is a bit much....
I'd rather we buy in Summer from a larger pool of available players than buy just for the sake of it in January and end up with a dud. The Summer transfer window is when Klopp will buy and get rid of some of the dross hopefully. We can then judge him properly next season.
I Mentioned this earlier in the window. I don't think the Jan Window is a good time to be buying, I said before that in the future I can see most clubs just wanting to loan players for the 6 months.exactly right, not sure why so many are disappointed, klopp has consistently stated he was not interested in buying in jan but willing to give everyone at the club a chance to show him their value and evaluate the situation come the summer.
he/the club obviously felt TEX could improve us now and went for him, ultimately him/the club felt the fee was not value for money and im quite happy about that tbh.
im pretty sure klopp will unearth some real talent for much less money given the time.
Newcastle bid £21m for Berahino. For some odd reason some of you guys rate him, but that is a massive waste of money, however Newcastle is his level.

I think Klopp was right to bring alot of the younger players back from loan in order to make up for the injuries and to fill the squad for a few reasons; Saves us money, means we don't have to buy over rated/expensive players and puts pressure on the failing senior players knowing that some of the younger players are on the verge of pushing for first team places.
