I just remember, Ilori was linked with BVB 18months ago when Hummel's looked like going to United.I think Howedes could be a great partner for Sakho, but also allows Gomez and Ilori to become understudies.
He's picked up a few injuries over past 18 months and he's not particularly quick - but his leadership and reading of the game is exceptional.
