deja vu. Just **** off Borini you leech. It's beyond obvious now you have no future. it's patently obvious he's just in it for the money.

total bull. he had is pl move.

the euro has tanks and he wants to harvest sterling.

Would you have moved to QPR or Sunderland if you were an international striker? This is the problem with moving on players, the clubs may agree.....but the player has to agree......

EX..international Stiekr <alugh>

you bigging him up now it suits Pj.. wum on the way out as he's useless. wum cos he refuses to leave?

all he wants is readies... nothing more. LFC playing him 50k a week and he can't get close anywhere else.

I bet QPR and Sunderland were going to match his wage demands. But like Sterling, he wants the move he wants...

I would say sunderland were for sure... though you know what he was on here and what as a 10mil striker he thinks he merits might be two different things too.

what we can say is he was ****ed his career at this point. highly unlikely to ever get back near where he was.

In my opinion he was never any good. He was the first big signing by Rodgers and was hyped by the manager, so would you accept a move to a lesser club for less money......or see out your current deal and take a Bosman to the club of your choice?

Being realistic what did he want?
a top 4 club in the prem? - never going to happeb
move back to Italy? - well it's on the cards now..

Sunderland were a mid table team where'd he'd have been first choice and a mini hero after his goal against Newcastle... What more could he want?

I'd correct that to 'first signing'. He said fans would be excited by the signing, hardly what you'd call hype. Show me a manager who's downplayed their first signing.

Maybe he wants the manager to back him? after all Rodgers did say this about him when he signed "I think the supporters will love him. He's a multi-functional player who can play in a number of positions and someone I believe has got great growth."

sure, he was never any good. about all he had going for him at the start was an ability to make a decent run. his finishing was woeful though. rodgers said he was a power player too.. that was funny.

I think however its short term thinking. If he'd gone to sunderland he'd have got his wad and then some in signing on fee and could have moved again after that. Now he's spent a year in the doldrums and has halved his own earning power never mind our fee and so if he spends another year at that. he might as well retire.

he is 24 not 28. at 24 you should have 8-10 more years to earn the bucks. He will be lucky to get a club the way he is going!

where's the queue going to start for this bosman you speak of?

If i thought thats what he wanted as the manager i'd be putting him training on his own as far as contractual obligations go and i've given him the cold shoulder and he'd not get one second of preseason time.

Borini has shown already that Lazio would have him, QPR, Sunderland. I do believe that West Ham were mentioned also.

So he will not struggle for offers<ok>

correction.

borini's agent has made up several links to try and get a move.

Thus far I've not heard anything concrete... not even something in regional news or from say a villa liked hack for example

Thus we have to wonder who's on for him.

Well at the moment its just a rumour that he turned down a loan switch to Lazio

Liverpool Echo Updates:

1. Firmino medical is apparently complete. all offical no. Reds doctor Andy Massey flew out to South America to conduct the necessary tests in Sao Paulo on Friday and Saturday.

2. clyne drives a white continental by the look of the pick.. nasty taste IMO.

3 kids on loan:

"Apparently, Reds Academy trio Jordan Williams, Kevin Stewart and Ryan Kent are all set to join League One side Swindon on season-long loan deals.

Be interested to see how Kent, in particular, does. Very high hopes for him at the Academy, so first team football is the natural next step"

4. Alberto has gone on season long loan to Deportivo. out on medical now.

That's not hype though is it? It's par for the course what any manager would say with a new signing.

Martinez for instance said this "He's got everything that an Evertonian would expect of a striker," said the Spaniard. "The work ethic, the technical ability to score goals - that's always essential in a striker. He has real good experience and is another exceptional addition to the strikers that we have at the club. ... with real quality finishing in his make-up. As a player I would say he is a complete footballer''.

What are peoples thoughts on Jovetic?

If it was a toss up between Jovetic and Benteke I would personally choose Benteke.
