Indeed he did so lets look at the facts, he's in his prime, is the only DM we have, loves the club, great at breaking up the play and is a good passer of the ball, he's aggressive and decent in a tackle.
There are of course downsides to his game but nobody is perfect, injury is a worry. I'd have him as captain though.
i will bet mr lucas cries if he has to go.. he loves us.
you ruthless ****ers.
you should be running the club not supporting it.
I certainly should be running this club.
God help us if that did happen.
I'd employ you 3 as the new committee if i were FSG.

If you were running our club I'd stop watching football!!!
No you wouldn't! You'd be engrossed by our beautiful defence which liberates our fluid attack. The display of young talent, and not overrated British dross which we have all grown accustomed to.

I wouldn't have much choice about stopping watching football, I'd fall to sleep within ten minutes every time I saw us play![]()
Au contraire mon frere.
We'd be scoring goals and conceding very few = more wins
Also, Fabian Schar has joined Hoffenheim for 5m EUR. Brilliant young defender, perfect partner for Sakho. Another great piece of business that we've missed out on.
Shaqiri and Schar = 16m EUR.
Lallana and Lovren = 45m GBP
Moneyball can work - we;re just so poor at it.

Is he in his prime thoigh? We all know he's been far from his best since the injury. I like him and I'd keep him but I can see why Rodgers might let him go if we get an offer.. Especially as he wont be first team regular and he might want to go play first team football before it's too late
thats it exactly.Happy with Milner. Solid player, 150k a week seems a bit much. But i guess thats the world we are in.
