That's all they care aboit it seems.
Phase 1 was madness, buy everything and anything madly. No though to vlaue or squad and exploit the loan rules that allowed them loan the lot and get some cash.
Phase 2 is sell for whatever. Some are holding vales, some are not, some are profit.
The issue is they have done it all on money from the holding company that has been borrowed and has to be paid back by the holding company
The actual chelsea team is half decent but nowhere near the talent needed.

Can’t fault Chelsea’s ability to get value for the players they no longer want.
They buy these players at 20/30m who are early 20s on 8 year deals knowing that if not really progressing how they want in 2/3 years can sell them for equal value or more as they still have 5 years left on their contract and teams will take a gamble on them.

There’s no chance Isak doesn’t move. Newcastle got one big signing and JSL been left out of wolves team so wouldn’t surprise if also is off to Newcastle. Makes no sense for Newcastle not to sell Isak now.
Dominic King is connected to the club. I don't know whether this could be a message from Edwards and Hughes that we have no intention of paying the mooted £130m, let alone the £150m. Which is why the club has already rubbished it.
Basically Palace know they can't get a replacement in time, so want someone to cover until they can buy next summer. Its another selling club making a huge mistake due to short shortsightedness.
They've kept hold of Guehi until they got European football, problem being the 2nd leg was too close to deadline day to get anyone in. Once they won the 1st leg they should have sold and given themselves the time to find the replacement. They were always likely to qualify once then won the 1st game, so hanging on for the 2nd was dumb.
Now its likely we'll not bother this summer, I mean why swap a CB for a CB AND pay almost 2/3rd of the fee we wanting to spend on him, when we've bought a 4th CB and can wait till next summer to get him on a free. Palace being naive
They've gone from turning down £65m, to fumbling around trying to get £45m and now likely to get **** all for one of their star players.

Gakpo also signed new long term contract. Good that, think he’s been really good after a relatively slow start not helped by Klopp using him in numerous positions. Made that LW his own now, just has to strike up a relationship with kerkez now.
