Is it he doesn’t want to develop young players or in the case of Elliott he doesn’t believe he can develop him for how he wants the team to play in the position he would want him to play?

I think he doesn't want to develop. He sold most of our promising young academy players in his first summer. Didn't use Elliott. Quickly backed away from Quansah after a bad start to the season. Bajcetic was sent on loan despite being a beacon of light when he made his break at first.

It's probably not that he is against young players as much as, he seems to want to focus more on a core XI players than previous recent managers we have had... and if you're young- you're not going to be good enough typically.

Sorry that's a bit unfair.

Now I have started clearly i felt players joining the club like ngumoha had missed the boat but that was part of klopp moving on.

In the cold light of day lfc have many ok youths but none stand out. Truly stand out.

A lot are stolen from other clubs for cheap money and parachuted in on top of our local youth.

If you are really harsh on our system you find a huge long list of players that have been injured and injured for the long term.

There's not many athletic specimens in the groups usually and a lot of a similar type.

Look at our "best" prospects.

Nyoni, poached from Leicester. Very lightweight, lovely talent, going to take years to be ready.

Bajcetic. Decent talent like, maybe suited to cb rather than midfield, injured for a huge part of his career. Again career prospects slowed up.

Danns. 17 ready to go. Looks so good and a natural goals scorer, one of the most natural i have seen for 10-15 years. Injury, injury injury. Same story, we bring him back in and throw hikmat psv who just bully him and he's out again. Then try to laon him when not fit.

This list could go on and on amd on.

Basically what do we expect from slot? 5 or 6 youths all pushed on?

Wasn't this the same thing we used to see klopp criticised for? Waiting on Elliott and jones. Oh quansah he's not good enough. Buy buy buy.

We have 3 or 4 young players around the squad. Slot will need players to play and bring one or two on not 5 or 6.

Slots.main fault has been admitted by thr man himself. He admitted he didn't rotate enough and it all fell apart on him when he needed them. This is a learning for him too.

But it won't be doak. He has no end product. Hasn't set the world alight in the championship. Just did ok. Almost well.

Won't be Gordon. Attitude stunk on loan.sad thst one.

Won't be danns, fitness is shot. Really sad. He will struggle to get it back on the rails.

Won't be nyoni. He is not ready.

Won't be nguomha, he's 2 years from being ready.

Suggests the usual suspects are waiting on something to go nuts with click bait.

In short they don't want to drop something that an hour later looks stupid, they like at least 2 days gap so nobody remembers what they said last.

All the news comes from.germany first either from leverkusen to drive up price or from bayern media who are sore.
 
According to BBC Sport this transfer window closes tonight at 7pm. It will re-open on the 16th. Not much likely to happen today then.

Was bank holiday in Germany yesterday apparently.

Id imagine we’ll start seeing stuff over next few days now. By most accounts it’s 99% done.

Bournemouth also agreed a new LB so imagine kerkez stuff be done in next day or so
