maybe but if VVD is going to talk about signings in public seems fair to ask questions about his position .
Yeah, but we're not going to know until it's done and dusted are we? For all we know his contract negotiations might be all over bar the shouting and so he's turning his attention to the immediate future.
Or... he might be making the point that he wants to see some transfer action before he commits.
We can interpret it however we want, I suppose. I have read that he says he hasn't received a formal offer yet, but that seems a bit weird to me.
It'll all come out in the wash.

Salzburg 8m off for Clarke apparently. Looks like pep really rates him and wants him there. Get feeling £10m is a decent fee with a decent sell on clause as RB Salzburg have a habit of developing and selling for decent money.
Need to get on with this transfer, only a few days now before we play Ipswich. I hate it when the transfer nonsense isn't done by the opening day.
