The problem is its probably the usual Gerrard crap and his club are cheap


For me I'd be happy sell most of the squad for a price, barring 3 or 4 max but the money has to be very much right to do so.

Our team next season should be based on alisson, Bradley, Robertson, quansah, vvd, trent and macallister. Literally everyone else as a senior player could be sold and I'd shrug and say ok we can replace. Even 32 year old salah absolutely.

Wholesale changes are rarely a good idea - we'd have to start all over again. Build carefully on what you have, a few steps at a time.

I don't think he was suggested wholesale changes, he just meant he's be open to offers for most players.

Macca was good value no?

Yea nunez has proved to be over priced

Yes diaz has turned out to be a full price type of deal

Ffp might bring fees down but I doubt it.

Not too many bargains out there now

Mac was fine but Gravenberch and Endo look expensive bur there are bargains out there though we will be expected to pay a premium

I think gravenberch might be a bargain but bought so late thst he didn't really get integrated.

It'd up to that lad to prove it now.

Yes endo for a 32 year old slow arsed player was not a bargain but its better than 115mil for a guy who can't pass straight.
 
Yeah you aren’t buying many international players from a top tier league for £18m

But maybe yesterday's standards.should not be gone back to.

115mil for caicedo in the summer and one 10 point penalty and they all pull their heads in.

They should have kept it at 10 and told Everton they could have another 5 if they appealed.

It looks like we are headed straight back to this as the type of fans these days seem to salivate over the fees and buying. They don't seem to equate this cesspool of agents and players are what's costing people at the turnstile.

Thing that made me laugh reading bit about Endrick going to madrid and was potentially going to chelsea but they pulled out as they didn’t want to inflate the market…. Then they spent £105m on enzo and £115m on caicedo <doh>

22 years old bit a shortie.

So he passes the usual lfc criteria of being cheaper, and young but not the mito criteria
