100mil and he goes next season kinda deal? Otherwise that would mess up any potential structure for this season and with window closing in a week who would replace him ? Top scorer for us last few seasons and the chance of missing out on CL again along with his stature for fans interest.

200mil+ and benzema coming other way with heavily subsided wages by the club would be worthwhile perhaps.

Klopp can play Trent there so he doesn’t have to worry about defensive duties…

nobody cos his numbers are outrageously good historically but he is going to decline rapidly imo. he just will.
