Not sure why that’s in Liverpool’s best interest TBH. There’s no suggestion of you chasing as all you have is an accepted bid in place. For Chelsea to move forward they will supposedly have to match it. Why should Liverpool care that Chelsea now have to find an additional £30m?

Withdrawing now would be stupid.

Chelsea have to match our bid atm which they can't seemingly do without pulling out of other deals and/or sales , we withdraw they can low ball B&H on deadline day know he will try to force a move, allowing them to sign other players as well.

This has become as much about blocking the Chavs as it is about signing him.

Also if we don't want to buy the deal can always 'fail' at the last minute
