Arsenal have agreed personal terms with West Ham midfielder Declan Rice, as they move a step closer to completing a deal for the Hammers skipper.
Rice is Arsenal’s number one midfield target this summer, with Mikel Arteta believed to be pushing for the deal to get done.

He's top class mate. Considering how poor a team he was in to have a midfielder come in at 18 years old and look so comfortable was astounding. Genuinely think he's already easily good enough to get into your midfield given how much you've struggled there this season.

Can't see him being too cheap though. City have a buyback kick in next Summer of around £30m so you'd have to think we'd be looking for close to that this Summer.
