The deal supposedly basically give the player away as it writes off the terrible deal done to get delle alli and gets i think maybe includes winks.
It was 39.9mil for richarilson and that basically write off the alli payments due and solves (barely) Everton's impending serious breach of FFP rules
Spurs look to be assembling a little team there.

The wing backs of perisic and supposedly Spence (if they do the deal) is sorted. a lot of players on the scrap heap here.

Betancur and Bissouma likely starting pair in CM with Hojbert and Skipp ( if he ever gets fit ) Sarr as cover . They can also use Perisic as cover for Son and the ****bag Richarlison as cover for Kane .everton are desperate.

On paper they have really improved their squad balance with options in pretty much all positions having decent cover .

Yeah spurs def got cover. Don’t really rate richarlison but will prob offer more than Lucas and bergwin did so an improvement albeit an expensive one.
Still think their defence and GK as suspect. Always said lloris is just a French mignolet in that will pull off a worldie but then throw in a howler. Don’t have a decent RWB and need a couple new CB and not sure perisic will be a success at lwb if that’s where he’s gonna play. Not brilliant defensively and at his age, coming to prem and trying to keep up wi th speed will be interesting.

it'll be set up for them to just run forward and leave the 3 at the back to commit cynical fouls to stop counters

Spurs will be the diametric opposite to arsenal who are weak kneed and soft. Spurs will do well this season imo. Not sure where cheslea will be compared to hem even.

Inter are no fools. They are not paying for his fat arse to come back full time.
I get the impression that even if Inter don't buy, Lukaku won't be playing at Chelsea again.
Basically he'll just kick up a fuss, keep going out on loan or force Chelsea to accept a massive loss.
