De Jong seems to be a leading requirement but i am never sure what is real or journo's linking managers to ex-players. Would be a big improvement on the last few years though.
Slightly wierd question as it implicitly assumes that Keita plays when he's fit. That's like asking if Phillips will play when Gomez is injured.
