You've just described there what I meant by us having the upper hand i.e we don't have to sellthats debatable to say the least probably more accurate to say below a certain point we might as well keep him and hope he puts in a shift .
Obviously we never go one up and 10 behind the ball… because we have the ball for majority of the time.
The 2 wide players are obviously further forward. It’s more of a 4-2-1-3 formation when we bring on that extra forward. Thiago and Fan will sit and leave the front 4 to be more pushed on. The actual written down formation means nothing as really most of the time its actually more like the below positionally.
———Ali
——Matip VVD
——fab thiago robbo
—taa
Salah Jota Diaz
———Mane
There are quite a few credible links now. It may be a case of waiting to see who we offload and for how much. It's also possible that we will bring in a quality midfielder. It's quite apt that Darwin is one of the names in the frame to start Klopp's evolution because it is happening.Still doubt we are in for Nunez, at least in the region of the rumoured amounts money.
Additionally we badly need a midfielder too, but doubt we will spend on both.
but there becomes a point where not to would be cutting off our nose to spite our face even if the offer was lower than it would be if the circumstances were different .You've just described there what I meant by us having the upper hand i.e we don't have to sell![]()
I understand what you're saying but Mané staying is worth more to us in terms of prize money that he will help us earn than the paltry £30m being offered. Him staying and helping us win big then leaving on a free is still better value.but there becomes a point where not to would be cutting off our nose to spite our face even if the offer was lower than it would be if the circumstances were different .

Portuguese journos saying Liverpool are preparing an £85m bid and Nunez wants to come to Liverpool. It's looking more likely that it's happening. I have no strong feelings either way because I've only seen him play twice, he's Klopp's favourite for the position and generally the analytics team don't get it wrong.this stuff can drag on all summer or move quickly, you never ever know.
but again..... JORGE MENDES.
once he is involved everything in the media should be assumed to be his manipulations.
That 85mil fee.... well, it seems he is naming the price that gets him a big slice of the pie. Gets us talking if he's worth it etc.

He looked a right handful on those two occasions though. Could be Mane, Minimino, Ox joining Divok on transfer out list, I would be happy to see Nunez as one on the incoming listPortuguese journos saying Liverpool are preparing an £85m bid and Nunez wants to come to Liverpool. Think Romano's saying it as well and he's usually pretty accurate somehow. How would they know? Liverpool don't tak publicly about transfers anymore, haven't done for years. Since Klopp arrived, the only deal we all expected to happen before it did was VVD asks that was only because we were forced to wait six months!
Reality is, the strong links and rumours means it's probably not going to Nunez.
