I'm pretty sure nobody cares what that overweight failure has to say :)

There's not really a player who left klopp who's had as good a time as they had when here. Even coutinhos phone it in bench medals and cash can't hide the fact he ended up at villa for a pittance.

Klopp called it for them all. Be a legend. Be satisfied with more money that you can ever spend.

Or just be another rich nobody like wijnaldum

If Mane wants to go then I'd rather him just **** off instead of playing games by telling us he's going to make an announcement after the CL final and then doesn't.
I think he has been under appreciated by some fans but he's definitely in decline and now is a good time to move him on.

Reading the James Pearce article, it does sound like he’s been fed the news from Salah’s agent.

I suppose JP needs to stay relevant somehow …

If you actually work that out is 15% of 200k so he is saying in theory that he's been offered 230k a week for 2 years.

If true I would be walking in and saying I'm going now and would have said so when offered it in ahem Feb?

Coincidentally that aligns exactly with when his form fell in a toilet

Gonna be tight ****ers aren't we. Mane to leave for little money with no replacement, Salah to stay and leave for free next summer. Keita to get a contract extention for some unknown ****ing reason and us to not sign any midfielders either.
 
Salah has already said it isn't about money. Now he says that he'd be happy with a two year deal. So if it isn't money or contract length, what is it?

Nothing at all there

Every press hack has been on the Bellingham one and everyone k ows it's a 100mil and 350k a week wage l. People should get this through their skulls once a player goes to dortmund we won't be in.

The touchy subject is one every single well known source advertised in march/April. The dogs in the street could have written that real/psg link. It has been said by the more "in" twitters that we were all over the Monaco money grubber.

Anyway the key point will be that we all need to start looking at the markets we like to shop in.

Porto. Broke but good club.
Roma. Not loaded but lots of talent salah and alisson
Relegation clubs in England. Windy, robbo, carvalho etc.
The red bull wagon. Mane, minime, keita, konate etc.

If you look at it nearly half of all klopp signings came from English clubs. 25% come from Germany. We pick and choose then on value not on big names.

Well clearly it is about money if the offer is that poor.

In the end I would rather the club run his deal down and buy a 23/24 year old than throw massive cahs and signing on fees at a player who is slowing up.

Same for mane. The mane of today is not half thr pace of the mane of 2018.

And I thought you'd cheered up.

To look at it positively:
- Mane only leaving after we've already signed his replacement (Diaz, also Carvalho if he counts) and will hopefully attract a fee to invest elsewhere in the team (e.g. midfield or RF)
- Salah, one of the best players in the World, to see out his contract with us rather than leave early and with no wage rise
- Keita to continue to provide a squad option
- We are at least looking at midfielders.

It could be worse.
