Reported Liverpool target on move as Dortmund’s Erling Haaland replacement
However, just over an hour after Haaland was confirmed to be leaving, Dortmund have now announced the signing of German striker Karim Adeyemi from Salzburg.
Adeyemi has signed a five-year contract with the Bundesliga club, following in the footsteps of Haaland himself, who left Salzburg for Dortmund in 2020.

Haaland to Man City was expected. Makes them stronger, obviously, but they can only play eleven at a time and can still only get 3pts from a game. They've signed lots of expensive and quality players before and we've beaten them. Bring it on I say... 
At that fee it must be asked exactly who is getting paid and how.

Mane- 30
Salah 30( in June)
Jota - 25
Diaz - 25
We know Diaz and Jota are staying. Bobby is unfortunately getting les and less playing time and as much as I love him as a player it might be time up.
Does Mane with his contract running down and teams like Barcelona and Bayern supposedly sniffing around think time for one last move and one big pay day in an easier league as well as guaranteed Champions league qualification?
Salah - we know what he provides for the team, but do we want to pay the reputed £400k a week to keep him. This could mean losing both of our main strikers by next summer.
Should we let cash in and let one of Mane or Salah go, along with Bobby and use the money from the transfer + champions league for a young striker eg Nunez. Or we could bin all 3 in the summer and buy 2 new strikers to accompany Jota and Diaz?

Arsenal and Tottenham will not be competing for the league next season, you can take that to the bank.
All three have years left on their careers... But they're all going to want more than we can pay them and this is our last chance to sell them.for profit.
I'd sell all three if we get reasonable offers for all three. Cash in, buy "a Nunez caliber" player and a young home-grown eligible future star for up front that Klopp can mould.
Both Mane and Salah’s contracts end in 2023. That’s not years left. I’m not sure how long left Firmino’s contract has.
If we don’t agree new contracts with Salah and Mane, they can just leave for free next year. I’d be ruthless and like you would sell all three. Unlike the Oil doping twats we don’t have a bottom pit of money, and in reality at this moment in time they are the only team we are truly competing against for the title. As we don’t have a bottom pit of money to compete with City, we need to raise it and that’s why I’d sell all 3
Origi is going, but not for much, Ox should go as his contract ends next year and he’s not really playing. Minamino I’d sell as well.

Exactly, which is why we should sell now while they're still valuable and can't leave on a free.
Extending their contracts represents the bigger risk than selling and we've already got a.good start for our next generation of strikers.

S9meone has the benefit of the deal. There's probably now paperwork or a trail that can be followed in on and break the whole thing open

Rumours of them leaving aren't new, especially Salah.
They've accomplished everything they can with Liverpool (except the FA Cup I guess), so I bear them no ill will if they do want to move on. And as others have said, probably better now than next year on a free.
