Do you really think rice will be that low given its a pure English mark up plus chavs, oil dopers and absentee landlords all bidding off a club who are that mean they simply won't take less.

Rice will prob go for somewhere around £100m. Not sure West Ham could turn that down, unless they get CL football by wining then Europa.
Would be great to see wham in the cl, if even for just the group games
