He really needs to go back to the continent imo as the eveidence suggests he isn't going to cut it in the PL . The Saints fans on this forum seem generally to rate his performance there as "dogshit" bit with the occasional goal .
I could certainly see interest from abroad. If he's not able to break through here, it might be better for his career to move on. I would think that he'll get at least the summer to prove himself though.
Anyone see that story that Barca want to hand Coutinho back to us to avoid paying the rest of his transfer fee?
We'd get him for nothing, bar the lack of money they owe us (still) for him.

How much did he cost them by knocking them out of the Champions League? If the deal was performance based they are probably in credit![]()
Probably means something to you but i'm just sat here shaking my headHow much did he cost them by knocking them out of the Champions League?

We'd be paying off Barcas debt as we've already had the money then.https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spo...ppe-coutinho-liverpool-barcelona-19700776.amp
So if they were to give us coutinho back we’d have to pay the money to 3rd party anyway, so not a freebie

If it were £10-15m I'd say go for it, but £35m I'd rather let them suffer.
