Liverpool in talks with £18m wonderkid

Liverpool are reportedly in advanced talks with Brazilian wonderkid Talles Magno.
Respected Brazilian football journalist Jorge Nicola says the Premier League champions are willing to pay the £18m asking price.
Magno plays on the left wing for Vasco and is seen as one of the real rising stars of the Brazilian game.
It remains to be seen if there could be potential work permit issues, though.

Hope it's a load of crap tbh. Can think if better ways of spending £30m than on an injury prone 29yr old that's plays in our strongest position.

How old was Milner when we got him?

Thiago is also unquestionably a superior player than Milner was when he joined us.

Like i said I'm not even thinking about it cos I reckon it's bullshit but he's regarded as currently one of the best cms in football.

So **** yh get him for 30m, it's pennies, we're the champs of fuking everything, we aint bought anyone high profile for ages. And he walks in our midfield tomorrow.

Milner was free and not injury prone. Nor was our midfield the strongest position at the time.

I'd prefer defenders and attackers, the midfield is fine.

Imo an injury prone (btw - naby, ox, hendo and Milner to a lesser degree) 29yr old thiago for 30m is a no brainer addition to the squad and if its possible I'm all for it.

24 matches this season in bundelisga (out of possible 32)
30 the season before
19 before rhat
27 the 2 seasons before that.

so he’s missed 33 games out of 160 and a 1/3 of that was from one season.

I imagine prob compares to the rest of our midfield

Thing is he adds another option of real proven quality. He doesn't need to play every game, none of them can expect that bar maybe hendo and fab when both are fit. We could even rest fab at times and play hendo ther. Like I said it gives us a real options.

Besides the team and fans deserve a Fabinho style out of nowhere **** the rest of the league type signing cos the fans and the team and Klopp deserve it after this year's and last year's success.
Not to mention the Werner thing.

But if Kloppe/Edwards don't want him at that price I'm good with it completely.

TBH, my injury prone comment was based on what others have said so I'll hold my hands up if that's incorrect.

It's more ther price for his age and position that I'm not keen on. If Wijnaldum goes then that's different
 
Apparently gini is only being offered what he's on already which is 70kpw.

Not sure what to think about that tbh.
