Man United may have to pay £12m in agent fees to sign Haaland
Manchester United may have to pay £12million in agent fees to secure Erling Haaland’s signature.

United are favourites to sign the RB Salzburg striker in January, but the 19-year-old’s agent, Mino Rajola, is demanding a large fee to make the transfer happen.

According to The medai, a figure of £12 million has been quoted by Raiola, which is one of the biggest intermediaries in the game.

Utd’s agent fee is around 170% more than what we paid for minamino. I know we paid massive fees the year that we spent big with Alisson and VvD so I’m not going to knock them, but it’s a cancer in the game. Hundreds of millions are lost from the game each year....just imagine if you took ours, Utd’s, city’s and Everton’s fees spent and invested it into grass roots football in the northwest. Too many people on the football gravy train.

If that's the figure being bandied about, it's quite frankly ridiculous, how can you possibly justify spending that amount on an untested player. If that was us I'd be ****ing livid

Hes an opportunistic striker, who looks like a good finisher. He's not really our style, so I doubt we would ever be in for him.

don't understand the figures since his release clause is reputedly £20m approx but looks like he is going to RB Leipzig .This just appears to be talk of the next deal involving Haaland .

Man Utd chief Ed Woodward under fire for one transfer mistake which Liverpool did not make
Manchester United legend Paul Parker has slammed his former side for spending big on Harry Maguire.

<doh><doh>
"Maguire was a key part of the Leicester team which won the Premier League title in 2016 but Parker thinks Woodward spent way too much expenditure on landing his man."

Maguire joined two years AFTER Leicester won the league. He was playing for Hull in the Championship 2015-16, the year Leicester won.

Top quality journalism there.

But yes Man U spent way too much for him, since he's bang average. But everyone knew that before they spent the money.

<laugh>.....that's appalling.

Where's Diego?....I want an honest assessment of Maguire after half a season.
