It's the same as when you have a personal dispute with someone and they just refuse to accept a clearly demonstrable fact. It's as if they think force of argument can overcome reality.
They do it for the fans to lap it up
All teams do it just some more than others
Klopp has had his says about the weather amongst other stuff
Some will lap it up some will side against it and some just wont care either way

Sat on a beach chilling in the sun
Does it show :)

That summarises the modern day political climate
I think the "yah, boo" style of political "debate has existed at least as far back as the ancient Greeks - it's just that political figures have become increasingly cartoon-like.
The ubiquity of visual media means that people are assessed more on their media performances than their political ones. It's just astonishing, imo, the type of people that the voters seem to think are appropriate for public office.

It’s more than that. When the political class are totally detached from reality and the normal person, crazy things happen.

Your not far wrong but it's no good for the game, if teams are happy to pay 80mil for a frankly bang average defender it puts any one decent into a much higher bracket, one that we can't shop in.
I actually think that’s their ploy
Think they did it with Pogba too
They have good business heads down at Utd
Not sure it’s the best idea
But as a club they can afford it and he will improve their team
Good buy
