Clubs (Turkish and Greek I think) have been interested in Markovic the last 2 years, but we've been asking for too much so they've walked away. It's our fault he's still here; trying to recoup as much of the 20mill waste we spent when he's clearly not worth it.

You seen that Martin Tyler accidentally said 'Fekir deal to Liverpool is about to happen and the payments will be structured accross his contract'

(Or something very similar)

Why would he say that if he didn't know anything?
Bit bizarre tbh.

Of course everyone has jumped all over it and are expecting some news soon.

he Rome-based newspaper report in their edition today (16 July, pages 1, 2, 3) that the Merseyside giants have offered £61.8million plus bonuses to the Serie A club as well as a £102,000-a-week contract to the Brazilian.
 
So the rumours are hotting up.

The keeper rumours won’t go away and I would be gobsmacked if we didn’t at least try to sign one, even if it turns out an older stopgap until a long term successor can be signed.

Fekir is apparently back on if the payment and contract is structured airline hia fitness. I think that this is a smart way to do business.....let’s see if it happens.

I fully expect an avalanche of more rumours during the week as the papers need to be filled.

4 weeks and it all starts again.

who really knows. that Barca b keeper agent thinking 60mil rumour isn't laughable is funny anyway
