Chelsea will focus their efforts on signing Roma goalkeeper Alisson after ending contract talks with Thibaut Courtois.
Liverpool want to sign Brazilian Alisson as a replacement for Loris Karius.
But the Reds must now fend off interest from Chelsea after developments at Stamford Bridge today.
Sky Sport Italia claim the Blues have ended their talks with Courtois - who is wanted at Real Madrid.
They now look set to sell to Belgian this summer and will move on to target Alisson, who could cost as much as £70million.

They entire defence as been good enough since VVD arrived. I think I'm right in saying we had the best defensive record in the PL from his arrival to the end of the season
Is that part exchange for Salah?. I understand united would like to buy Salah also.
Of course they would. That shows how creative Mourinho is. He always tries to find the current performing player at his peak... Rather than what Klopp doed which is looking for who can he get to peak next. Mourinho needs the internet to tell him who to sign.
But Jose has already claimed Salah's success this season. The twat.

It was probably better 10 years ago but they still have a few decent teams imo. Far better than the French, Scottish (and all other really really bad leagues) possibly on par with Italy.

don't really rate the others particularly . I think the BM dominance has damaged the other clubs competitiveness . Would agree that i like the feel of the league and obviously attractive to youngsters contracted to English clubs i.e. Lookman.
