So here's a new word for the way we are now doing our business - courtesy of the Independent ... omertà.

Meaning: (among the Mafia) a code of silence about criminal activity and a refusal to give evidence to the police.

"This summer has begun positively, with a major deal being announced only an hour or so after the speculation started in France. It might not ultimately be good news for journalists but perhaps this is the start of a new code of omertà."

Seen figures between £35m and £45m but also reports that there are potential add-ons as well, maybe that's the variance?

Yeah i think theres some add ons.

Southampton were crying after our CL loss as it cost them a full player's fee in lost bonuses.

I think the 39mil pounds is the full fee.

1. trouser not covering ankles is a bug bear. I am quite Victorian in my attitudes to bare ankles.

2. 5 guys to ****ing sign a bit of paper? FFS.

3. I am sure decos head has been enlarged somehow there. its unnaturally big.... but then i hear most portugese have big heads... (which is why there no point dating a portugese milf)
