Karius is competent enough for now. He's looking far better than he did and I think Virgil has been a big part of that. Swap Lovren in the summer for another upgraded CB and Karius will be fine for next season.

CB, DM and forward to compete with our current trio and we're good for next season.

I would also say a successful transfer window would be keeping hold of Milner as he wants regular game time or he'll be looking to leave. I know we're in the CL final, but he quit a guaranteed PL winning team for game time so he'd have no problems leaving us. Lad just wants to play. Need to convince him that he's important here and I believe he is.

surely more likely keep Lovren and offload 1 at least of Matip & Klavan and Lovren then becomes 3rd choice. If nothing else Lovren on a supposed £100k p.w. would surely be difficult to shift

I think we'd look to keep Lovren and Matip. Klavan is the one to go first imo.

After that, it depends if Klopps sees Gomez as a CB. If he does then two will leave should we sign a new guy for CB.

RB would be TAA and Clyne then

Yeah, keep Lovren definitely, but I meant he should be competing for a bench spot with Matip. He can be improved upon greatly. Klavan will be off this summer most likely, but he's been alright for a bargain, experienced backup

tbh none of them can do the full job for a variety of reasons.

clyne could prob make a decent job of it in a pinch for us

remember Moreno will have cl winners medal like djimi traore

Disagree on the LB, we need decent cover and Moreno gone.

Also, I think Klopp will retain Karius as our No.1 keeper. So Migs either stays or we recycle Migs money on adequate cover.
