Liverpool prepare Salah deal
17:15: Liverpool are ready to hand Mohamed Salah a new contract to keep him away from Real Madrid.

Salah is supposedly on Real’s wish list after a stellar campaign with Liverpool.

The Egypt international has been talked up as the next Galactico signing at the Bernabeu.

And Bleacher Report claim Liverpool are prepared to improve the former Roma star’s deal to keep him at Anfield.

If Couts went for £142m, Salah who is less prone to injury and more consistent, is worth £200m+

Real can't afford to buy De Gea or Courtois (who should be their priority since Navas is ****), Hazard (who they need as long term replacement for Ronaldo), Kane (again Benzema is overrated) AND Salah
And then of course there is are the Neymar stories.

Also Salah is flavour of the rumour month, where as the others are all long term targets for Real. He'd be down their list of priority transfers for this summer.

Is this like how Barca were skint and couldn't afford Coutinho?

Madrids main problem is Benzema upfront, they will try to get Kane. Hazard has been linked to them for years too. Salah is just an easy popular choice while he has had a good season so far.

Who said Barca were skint? They'd just received £200m for Neymar, everyone knew that, are you ****ing stupid or something?

Of course Real could afford Salah on his own, they can't afford all the targets they've been linked with for this summer as the price would be £500m+ and since the others would be more important to them, Salah on top would possibly be too much for one summer.


Just another point on Barca, its strange how just after Couts was bought a number of their reserve/bench players were made available for transfers. Almost like they needed the money to pay for Messi's wages.

As for the "are you stupid" comment, no. I never said they were skint, I was just going off the thread on here about them chasing Coutinho, did you bother to read it?

No and I've never said they were skint (we're not all the same person), but I'm guess you mean Astro, who has well and truly got under your skin and plays the wum very well.

Are Barca Skint? Well no, they're one of the richest clubs in the world and have a independent TV deal with Real that puts them on a par with the Prem teams.
However, the fact that Messi is earning some astronomical weekly wages puts alot of pressure on their finances (the same for Real as well with Ronaldo, but they are Royal backers) meaning they have to balance transfer funds with wages budget.

sorry Diego but the point on Barca is wages being huge. they just need to balance the books on that front.

mascherano is going right now.


real are not skint and can easily pull out the money for de gea, kane, hazard and poch.... not that they will. they will sell off lots of crap to counter balance no problem.

You brought up Couts and Barca, which is unrelated in a number of different ways and unrelated to anything I said or have said, in order to try and score some points. That's a Wum attempt and frankly its not your first attempt (nor 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc etc, lets face it it's all you're here to do)

If they wanted Neymadge, they could have paid the release clause in the summer. He will be more expensive now

Don't think Real will buy Neymar, or are interested beyond the usual 'he's a great player I'd love to have in my team' (in which case everyone is interested).
Seems more that the Spanish press can't handle that someone wanted to leave Barca, so they must be playing some elaborate game to get to Real.
