This is disruptive to our season but that doesn't necessarily mean it will harm our season, lets see who else comes in and have a look at what Klopp
is building. My guess is we will be a better team when we come out the other side of this <ok>

Coutinho wasn't there when we beat Arsenal 4-0. He was there when we drew 3-3 and when Spurs beat us 4-1.

Coutinho wasn't there when we knocked Everton out of the FA Cup. He was there when we drew 1-1 with Everton. He was there when Leicester knocked us out of the LC.

I see you are trying to put a brave face on it saying that we won't miss him that much. He is the one that can make a goal out of nowhere. And he is class. Why would Barcelona try so desperately to have him? And when we rebuild our team without him, who do we lose in the summer? If Salah is top goal scorer , I would bet Big that Real Madrid and Zidane will use his North African connections to lure him. We'll never be able to keep our best players long enough to build a long term title challenging team.

That what I love about football fans. That unlimited amount of optimism. Did we get better after we sold Torres, Suarez, Maschrano, Alonso and others? At least not immediately. It has normally taken us at least a year and we have been prone to waist huge amounts.

Season is far from over and we're more than capable of winning games without Coutinho - but you can't tell me you'll be happy to see him go in January and for us to not even look to replace because 'Lallana and Ox will do' (if that report is to be believed of course)

£140 mil is excellent money.

This will enable us to invest in multiple areas including CB with VVD.

Bought for £8.5 then goes for silly money.

For once our scouts get it very right.

If Klopp wants a player now FSG will back him. If Klopp wants to wait a bit then let's wait.

Half the people on here would have [HASHTAG]#bottledit[/HASHTAG] and signed Jonny Evans or Michael Keane because Van Dijk didn't come immediately [HASHTAG]#thatwentwell[/HASHTAG]

I'd have no problems waiting, the right player is more important than appeasing fans.

We'll find out more over the coming days I guess, but I'd want to know who the targets are for peace of mind!
