If we don't... (And we most likely won't). There will be lots of eyelids batted...
Imo if we see an improvement from our defence within a year then i'd count it as a success given how poor its been since Carra retired. Mind you he needs to be surrounded by the right players, or else have the ability to help improve those around him, which the best players can do.
