I imagine add ins will be staying in Prem (maybe amongst other appearance based) Do that and the £10m is nothing to them from what they'll get for staying up.

Not according to our club website. He's not on our books yet. He's not scheduled to arrive until July 1st. If this was a loan back deal he would be available immediately when German season ended.

So Arsenal are apparently going to do a swap of Sterling and Sanchez.. and send some money to city with it 
anyone else think Wenger is just on the ultimate troll to see what he can get away with in these next 2 years.

Im not sure where confusion in all this is.
Sale agreed, contract agreed. Payment will be made, just all goes through on 1st July 2018. Much like when club agrees a pre contract with a player in Jan for the following summer. All done and dusted.

i agree.
it is a clear binding contractual agreement between parties about what will happen next year. its not a player registration. its a fee paid to allow the player sign a pre-contract agreement now and a contractual obligation for lfc to pay 48mil on the 1st july to complete the sale.
