Never said they were breaking FFP, they're cheating it, finding ways around it and bending it to their will. PSG have the money but can't spend it without repercussions, so they've found a way around it by loaning a player who they could clearly buy if ffp didn't exist.
Also there is no loan fee mentioned, just a final purchase price next summer, so Monaco are going to get jack **** or potentially nothing worth the value of the player (if they do get something this year) until next summer and still lose Mbappe to the main league rival.
The main point was that FFP is ineffective and all it has done is re-enforce the big European clubs with lots of money position at the top of the tree.
Also that it was Platini's idea to stop new oil rich clubs and sugar daddy clubs from just buying short term success at the expense of long term stability, ie the Citehs and PSG's of football. Hows it working this summer?
