Sell on clauses will 90% of the time be on profit made or else you could buy someone for £10m, sell them for £10m and lose money form it! Ps I was 2 pages behind when I commented
As a kid I always dreamed of finding "Billy's boots", or similar. I loved playing football but realise with hindsight I had delusions of adequacy in the footballing department of my brain.
Is 90% all deals? I wouldn't put it past us to do something that stupid so why not others? Plus, you don't usually buy a player with the intention of selling them. Therefore, clubs use sell on clauses to negotiate a better buying fee.
few bits and pieces.... no big ones. look at this. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/transfers/ norwich, newcastle bournemouth have moved to strrngthen and we bought the kid too. bournemouth snagged 2 for 17mil and newkie for about the same.
Grabban to Bournemouth for £7m is crazy! Guy hasn't played football all season, how Norwich got that much money is amazing! Afobe looks a good buy though, think he'll cause few teams issue with his pace.
i'm surprised other teams wer not in for Gray i think Leicester did a nice bit of business there. I rate Afobe would much rather have him than Berahaino (sp) but Grabban does seem a bit odd if the reported figures are correct - i would assume that includes add on figures for Bournemouth staying up
Yeah I thought few more might be in for Gray ad would be going for more than £4m I mention Zac Clough for Bolton as well, looks like he's going to Bristol City though... thought might be a couple of Prem clubs interested in him.
yep and there are more out there but the clubs would rather buy Prapovich for £10m cos he had one cap for some obscure country so he must be good mind you buying from other prem clubs is a bit expensive to say the least
