Can you tell me where it says he has been signed up. Formally all the club have said is Liverpool FC ✔@LFC #LFC have secured Allan for the future and he's currently spending time with the Reds with the permission of his club, Internacional. 4:16 PM - 1 Aug 2015 This could mean we have an option on him but he is staying there for now as a work permit is difficult
All i know is this country's work permits required more than non international just anyone turns up and gets one. We will see.
