Stones for £20m would be a good deal. I think he's quality and you'll either keep him for another 8-10 years of good service, or recoup most of the money back.

Not a fan of stones at 20m. Would be like City getting mugged off for sterling. I don't want to play money that could buy a top defender on a player who could potentially be a top player and chances are he won't when he rots on our bench. Plus we have Zouma who from the few appearances looks like he is a better defender and has far more upside as he's more athletic.

Would rather an experienced defender who doesnt mind being 4th choice as Zouma should be our third (first reserve).
