If it's true, it wouldn't surprise me. We set a precedent with the Salah deal and there's no going back from that.

too early as you can never reduce a players wages unless their contract ends so in 2 years time if he is still essential he/his agent will be looking for more .

I think that from a footballing perspective, the club have completely screwed things up this season. We spent a lot of money but never strengthened.

However, from a financial perspective, we are and under FSG, always will be a well run club.
